以核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)为供试菌,采用抑菌圈法和平板菌落计数法,研究了农药百菌清对核桃黑斑病伴生病原菌成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans)的抑菌作用。结果表明:农药百菌清对该病原菌具有较好的抑菌作用,50.00mg·mL-1的农药百菌清处理96h后,抑菌圈的平均直径为1.80cm,其抑菌率达到93.9%,且具有时间与剂量效应。2种试验方法的抑菌趋势是一致的,平板菌落计数法测定的结果变化趋势较抑菌圈法明显。
In this study, Pantoea agglomerans, a pathogen associated with black spot disease of walnut, was used as test bacteria. The antibacterial ring method and plate colony counting method were used to study the effects of pesticide chlorothalonil on Pantoea Antibacterial effect of agglomerans. The results showed that: Chlorothalonil had a good bacteriostasis against this pathogen. After 50 mg · mL-1 of pesticide chlorothalonil treated for 96h, the average diameter of bacteriostasis ring was 1.80cm, and the antibacterial rate reached 93.9% , With time and dose effects. The antibacterial trend of the two test methods is consistent, the change trend of the result of the plate colony counting method is more obvious than that of the antibacterial circle method.
