改革开放以来,我国沿海地区利用外资呈现不断扩大的趋势,外资已进入我国绝大多数的行业。但当前沿海地区吸引外资中仍存在不少问题,如外资质量不高,结构不合理,超国民待遇等,直接或间接地影响到本土企业的发展。本文通过分析沿海地区利用外资中存在的问题,得出结论:为促进外资合理利用,需要从外资政策、产业结构和内外资公平竞争等方面加以优化和调整,更好地为我国经济发展作贡献。
Since the reform and opening up, the utilization of foreign capital in the coastal areas in our country has been showing an ever-expanding trend. Foreign investment has entered the vast majority of industries in our country. However, there are still many problems in attracting foreign investment in the coastal areas. For instance, the quality of foreign investment is not high, the structure is irrational, and super-national treatment directly or indirectly affects the development of local enterprises. By analyzing the problems in the utilization of foreign capital in the coastal areas, this paper concludes that in order to promote rational utilization of foreign investment, it is necessary to optimize and adjust foreign investment policies, industrial structure and fair competition between domestic and foreign investors to better contribute to the economic development of our country .
