世界银行支持各国政府及国际组织(活动)制订并实施林业发展计划。世行评估林业贷款项目的主要依据和要求是:实施永续作亚;有利于环境保护;群众积极参与;正确的市场分析和合理的价格政策;具备保证项目实施的基本条件,包括林业法制和管理机制,强化研究、推广、市场等服务职能。政府还必顺把扶贫措施、人口政策同保护森林、发展林业结合起来。
The World Bank supports governments and international organizations (activities) in developing and implementing forestry development plans. The main basis and requirements of the World Bank to evaluate forestry loan projects are: implementing sustainable development; contributing to environmental protection; active participation of the masses; proper market analysis and reasonable price policies; and having the basic conditions for guaranteeing the implementation of the project, including the forestry legal system and Management mechanism, strengthen research, promotion, marketing and other service functions. The government must also integrate anti-poverty measures and population policies with the protection of forests and the development of forestry.
