中国科学院国情分析研究小组第八号国情报告《两种资源,两个市场——构建中国资源安全保障体系研究》,是在前七个国情研究报告的基碲上,着重分析了21世纪经济全球化的大背景下,中国国内与国际之阃两种资源、两个市场的相互依赖、相互制约的关系,系统论证“立足国内,面向世界,互通有无,确保安全”的战略思想,提出了构建中国资源安全保障体系的框架,以及相应的主要对策,以求缓解我国21世纪前半叶战略性资源供应的危机,保证国民经济的持续发展。现将该报告的主要结论与对策摘登如下。
The State of the Information Research Team No. 8, Chinese Academy of Sciences, “Two Resources and Two Markets - Building a Resource Security Assurance System in China” is based on the basic facts of the first seven studies of national conditions.
