黑龙江省科技眼务团农业分团专家为灾区1999年春播服务。我省抗洪救灾取得了伟大胜利,但如何组织灾民生产自救,及′99年春耕生产已经成为当前面临的紧要问题,尤其灾区′99年的春播,更是牵动灾民的心。除一些生产启动资金和一些生产资料,如:化肥、种子、农膜、农药外,一些灾区土地至今还浸在水中,早春无法按期播种已成事实。如何解决已成为广大干部、群众关心的问题。
Heilongjiang Science and Technology Eye Group agriculture sub-group of experts for the disaster area in spring 1999 service. Flood control and disaster relief in our province have made great victories. However, how to organize the self-help for the victims' production, and the “spring plowing in 1999” have become the most pressing issues now facing the disaster areas. In particular, the “sowing of the 99-year” stricken areas hit the hearts of the victims. In addition to some production start-up funds and some means of production, such as fertilizers, seeds, plastic sheets and pesticides, some of the affected areas have so far been immersed in water. It is a fact that early spring planting can not be carried out on schedule. How to solve the problems that have become the concern of the vast numbers of cadres and masses?
