卵黄管囊肿是机体在发育过程中卵黄管中间部分未闭合而发生的囊性扩张 ,其两端可分别有索带连接脐部与回肠 ,临床症状为腹部囊性肿块 ,或因粘连和压迫肠襻而产生肠梗阻 [1 ] 。治疗本病通常将囊肿及其索带一并切除 [1 ] 。我院1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月期间采用非手术治疗卵
