这套阀组是为国产大型混凝土泵车配套而设计研制的。与日产的阀组在同一台泵车上分别各进行了四次工况相等、项目相同的对比测试,所得到的数据和曲线表明:试验过程中动作正常,各项数据均与日产原阀组的相关数据基本吻合,性能良好,可以认为该阀组的设计试制是成功的。本阀组是控制混凝土泵动作的关键,它的试制成功为泵车的国产化攻克了重大技术难关。还可推广应用到燃煤电站水力排灰系统中,用于大量节水的马尔斯泵动作的控制,具有较大实用价值。
