目的分析急性哮喘并发肺部感染患儿病原菌的构成及其危险因素。方法选取2014年11月-2015年10月该院收治的48例急性哮喘并发肺部感染的患儿作为观察组,51例单纯急性哮喘患儿作为对照组。观察比较两组患儿的病原菌情况,用多因素Logistic回归分析急性哮喘并发肺部感染患儿危险因素。结果观察组患儿共分离出31株病原菌,对照组患儿共分离出21株病原菌,两组患儿的革兰氏(下周)阴性菌构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析得出,抗菌药物滥用、革兰氏阴性菌感染、使用氨茶碱或糖皮质激素等是影响急性哮喘并发肺部感染的危险因素。结论抗菌药物滥用、革兰阴性菌感染、使用氨茶碱或糖皮质激素等是影响急性哮喘并发肺部感染的危险因素,对其上述危险因素加以认识及重视,有利于预防急性哮喘并发肺部感染的危险性。
Objective To analyze the constitution and risk factors of pathogens in children with acute asthma complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods Forty-eight children with acute pulmonary infection from November 2014 to October 2015 were selected as observation group and 51 children with acute asthma as control group. The pathogens of two groups of children were observed and compared. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of children with acute pulmonary infection. Results A total of 31 pathogenic bacteria were isolated in the observation group and 21 pathogenic bacteria in the control group. Gram (negative) bacteria in the two groups showed statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that antimicrobial abuse, Gram-negative bacteria infection, use of aminophylline or glucocorticoid were the risk factors of acute pulmonary infection. Conclusions Antimicrobial abuse, Gram-negative bacteria infection, use of aminophylline or glucocorticoid are the risk factors of acute pulmonary infection complicated with acute asthma. To understand and pay attention to the above risk factors, it is helpful to prevent acute asthma complicated with lung The risk of infection.
