目的对测定水中氟、硝酸盐、硫酸根和氯离子的离子色谱法实施内部质量控制,控制误差在允许范围内,保证检验结果准确度和精密度。方法参加中实国金实验室的能力验证、4种阴离子检测的工作曲线控制、精密度、准确度及加标回收率验算。结果能力验证结果为满意,4种阴离子的标准曲线相关系数r>0.999,标准样品加标回收率均在95%~105%。结论从本实验室开展的内部质量控制结果来看,离子色谱法测定4种阴离子具有准确度高,回收率好、信号稳定、灵敏度高等优点。同时在实验室承担新的监测项目和分析方法时,可以按照本文的方法进行适用性检验。
OBJECTIVE To internal quality control of ion chromatography for the determination of fluorine, nitrate, sulfate and chloride in water with the control error within the allowable range to ensure the accuracy and precision of test results. Methods To participate in the real gold laboratory capacity verification, four kinds of anion detection curve control, precision, accuracy and recovery of the standard calculation. Results The results of proficiency testing were satisfactory. The correlation coefficients of standard curves for four anions were> 0.999. The spiked recoveries of standard samples ranged from 95% to 105%. Conclusion According to the results of internal quality control conducted by our laboratory, the determination of four anions by ion chromatography has the advantages of high accuracy, good recovery, stable signal and high sensitivity. At the same time in the laboratory to undertake new monitoring projects and analysis methods, the method can be used in accordance with the applicability of this test.
