我是个小学语文教师,卅多年教学生涯如果说有什么收获,那恐怕就是四个字:未敢懈怠。好教师自有客观要求:端正的教育思想,高尚的师德,精明的育人能力,过硬的教学本领,等等。可是要把这些要求,真正变为每个教师身上可以表现出来的特有的能力,这就需要根据自己的不同情况加强自身锻炼,有一点锐意追求的精神才行。我只从教学方面谈三点体会。
I am a primary school language teacher, 卅 years of teaching career if there is any harvest, I am afraid that is afraid of four words: did not dare to slacken. Good teachers have their own objective requirements: a correct education, noble teachers, smart education ability, excellent teaching skills, and so on. However, it is necessary to truly turn these demands into the unique capabilities that can be demonstrated by each teacher. This requires strengthening one’s own workout according to his own situation and a little bit of the spirit of determination. I only talk about teaching experience from three points.
