将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成2组,各30例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组加用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊1#po Tid 结果:治疗8周后,羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对改善临床症状的总有效率为75%。较对照组54%有显著性差异(P<0.01);对神经传导速度改善率为53.3%,较对照组16.6%有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状有显著疗效,且可以改善神经传导速度。
Sixty diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The control group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was given calcium dobesilate 1 # po Tid. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, calcium dobesilate The total effective capsule to improve clinical symptoms was 75%. (P <0.01). The improvement rate of nerve conduction velocity was 53.3%, which was significantly different from that of control group (16.6%) (P <0.01). Conclusion: Calcium dobesilate capsules have a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and can improve the nerve conduction velocity.
