提出采用光栅覆盖耦合孔以改善孔耦合腔品质的办法。 C A E P自由电子激光器的三维数值模拟结果表明,该方法可以有效地减少腔的输出损失和衍射损失。此外,改进后的耦合孔还可用作电子束通道以使装置更紧凑。
The method of using grating to cover the coupling hole to improve the quality of the hole coupling cavity is proposed. The 3D numerical simulation of C E E P free electron laser shows that this method can effectively reduce the cavity output loss and diffraction loss. In addition, the improved coupling hole can also be used as an electron beam path to make the device more compact.
