针对大采高综采面液压支架,提出了一种立柱增压回路及控制步骤。建立了立柱初撑增压回路的AMESim模型,研究了增压周期、蓄能器容积、增压管路容积等参数对立柱初撑增压回路动态特性的影响,获得了立柱缸无杆腔等的压力特性曲线。研究表明,增压周期和蓄能器容积对该增压回路动态特性影响明显,而增压管路容积对回路动态特性影响较小。
Aiming at the hydraulic support of fully mechanized coal mining face with high cutting height, a column pressurization circuit and control steps are proposed. The AMESim model of the primary booster circuit is established. The influence of the parameters of the booster cycle, accumulator volume and booster pipe volume on the dynamic characteristics of booster circuit of the primary booster column is studied. The research shows that the influence of the pressurization cycle and the accumulator volume on the dynamic characteristics of the supercharging circuit is obvious, while the supercharging pressure has little effect on the dynamic characteristics of the circuit.
