武汉锅炉厂林建濠同志提出拟将5型半自动焊机改装成为自动焊机及CO_2气体保护焊机。兹介绍一下我厂改装成功500型半自动焊机为自动焊机的一些经验。我们在改装500型半自动焊机时,充分地利用了焊机原有给合件,不破坏焊机任何构件,达到改装为自动焊机的目的。在改装过程中,我们自行设计和制造了自动焊接控制线路开关,机头移动的吊式小车、小车支承架、焊丝导电咀、熔剂导管和熔剂
