以芍药甙为指标,对常用中药白芍7种不同加工炮制的饮片进行了薄层层析分析、高效液相色谱法测定。结果表明,各饮片的薄层层析图谱基本一致,但芍药甙含量差别较大,对药理作用的影响需作进一步深入研究。
Taking peony as an index, thin-layer chromatography analysis and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were performed on the decoction pieces made from 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. The results showed that the thin-layer chromatograms of all the pieces were basically the same, but the content of paeoniflorin was different. The effect on the pharmacological effects needs to be further studied.
