本文运用三维造型软件Pro/e和有限元分析软件Ansys,针对2BFM-5型山地免耕播种机机架在田间播种实验中出现的强度不足的问题,分析了田间实验的受力状态,通过机架三维建模,有限元划分网格和加载分析,进行静强度分析。针对作业时载荷变化复杂,冲击载荷较大,对比分析不同工况下得到的有限元分析数据,对结构设计提出了改进意见。
In this paper, three-dimensional modeling software Pro / e and finite element analysis software Ansys, aiming at the lack of strength of 2BFM-5 mountain no-till seeder rack in field sowing experiments, the force state of field experiment is analyzed, Frame three-dimensional modeling, finite element meshing and loading analysis, static strength analysis. In view of the complexity of load change and large impact load, the finite element analysis data obtained under different operating conditions are compared and analyzed, and the improvement suggestions on the structural design are put forward.
