一、全省各级法院受理婚姻案件的情况自一九五○年四月份起至十月份止,根据已搜集的统计材料,全省共受理婚姻案件五八四三起(因为全省司法机关建立的迟早不同,有一部份没有填送统计材料,在六月份以前填送统计材料的约十分之三,六月份以后填送统计材料的十分之七,所以实际上的数字尚不止此数),各月份案件是逐月上升的,计四月份一七五件,五月份二○三件,六月份四七三件
