目前核型结构产业集群在我国多个产业中广泛存在。其中,中小企业创新存在的一系列问题严重制约了集群创新优势的发挥。通过把美国硅谷与我国此类产业集群进行对比分析,发现中小企业所从事创新活动的内容与层次取决于其从事组件的技术空间,而此类集群中小企业组件技术空间会伴随其成长而增大,进而将我国此类产业集群创新问题发生机理归结为广大集群中小企业所从事的组件技术空间极为狭小,又难以完成向更高阶段的过渡与成长。将我国此类集群中小企业的成长过程进行了划分,总结了阶段特征,并且对其成长过程的瓶颈环节及其障碍因素进行了剖析。从资金资助和创新知识信息源建设两个方面给出了相应的对策。
Currently, karyotype industrial clusters are widespread in many industries in China. Among them, a series of problems existing in the innovation of SMEs have seriously hindered the development of cluster innovation advantages. By comparing the Silicon Valley in the United States with such industrial clusters in our country, it is found that the content and level of innovation activities in small and medium-sized enterprises depend on the technological space in which they operate. However, the technological space for such clusters will increase with the growth of such clusters , And then the mechanism of such industrial cluster innovation in our country comes down to the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in a very narrow space for technology components, it is difficult to complete the transition to a higher stage and growth. In this paper, we divide the growth process of the small and medium-sized enterprises in such clusters in our country, summarize the characteristics of the stages, and analyze the bottlenecks and obstacles of their growth process. The corresponding countermeasures are given from two aspects: the funding of funds and the construction of innovative knowledge sources.
