为了观察苦杏仁苷(amygdalin)对醋酸铅诱导雄性小鼠睾丸组织损伤的影响,试验腹腔注射醋酸铅(20 mg/kg)致小鼠睾丸组织损伤,然后分别按体重60,30,15 mg/kg腹腔注射苦杏仁苷,连续注射42 d。结果表明:与对照组比较,模型组睾丸指数、精子密度降低,精子顶体完整率降低,AKP及Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性显著降低,MDA含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组比较,苦杏仁苷高剂量组睾丸指数升高,苦杏仁苷各剂量组精子密度升高,MDA含量降低,苦杏仁苷高、中剂量组的精子顶体完整率、AKP活性、Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明苦杏仁苷对醋酸铅诱导的雄性小鼠睾丸组织损伤有一定改善作用,其机制可能与影响能量利用关键酶活性及抗氧化有关。
In order to observe the effect of amygdalin on testicular tissue injury induced by lead acetate in mice, the testicular tissue injury was induced by intraperitoneal injection of lead acetate (20 mg / kg) Injection of amygdalin, continuous injection of 42 d. These results indicate that amygdalin can improve the damage of testicular tissue induced by lead acetate in male mice, and its mechanism may be related to the key enzyme activity and antioxidation.
