黑色素瘤为中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,以转移居多,原发甚少。我院自1964年以来,经手术和病理证实的中枢神经系统原发性黑色素瘤5例,报告如下。 例1 男,42岁。前额部发作性头痛3个月,视力减退、说话费劲1个月,于1982年4月入院。检查:视力眼前1尺指数,视野向心性缩小,双视乳头水肿,右中枢性面瘫,运动性失语,右上肢肌力Ⅳ级,腹壁反射减弱,须有抵抗,Kernig氏征(+)。脑
