提出了以基体晶粒与增强颗粒的直径之比作为颗粒增强金属基复合材料中颗粒分布均匀性的定量描述方法,以此为依据,模拟了Al2O3(p)/Al-4%Mg复合材料铸件中的颗粒分布。结果表明,颗粒分布的均匀性随冷却速度、颗粒直径的增大而提高;试验结果与模拟结果吻合良好。
A quantitative description method for the uniformity of particle distribution in the particle reinforced metal matrix composites is proposed based on the ratio of the diameter of the matrix grains and the diameter of the reinforced particles.
