迄今,有许多物业管理公司在ISO质量体系认证方面做过不少努力。这种认证的标志性成果是取得认证证书,其效用是快速提升企业的信用度。问题是,一纸证书何耘此等效用? 我们知道,同仁堂之所以信誉卓著,靠的是几百年的持续做好,日积月累地使得回头客增多乃至于口碑载道,但这样做太费时,新进企业等不及。于是,一种近30年在境外流行的做法被引进来了——通过第三者来证明企业的信用。比如,酒店讲几颗“星”,银行讲几个“A”,进而发展到适用于各行各业的、以ISO族为标准的质量体系认证。于此,有必要解说一下有根“信用链”在起作用的事实——虽然它既看不见也摸不着。
