良好的管理能够成就一个优秀的单位。对于学校一样适用。对于学校管理下面谈几点我个人的做法:一、教学工作管理一所学校教学质量是整个学校的核心,因此教学方面的管理尤其重要。教学方面要有专人分工负责,责任分层,每个人分工到位,做到事事专人管,处处有人关注。1、重领导班子的培养。领导班子在教学工作中要以身作则,做好教学方面的安排部署,深入课堂,奋战在教学一线,规避纸上谈兵、不切合实际的现象,这样才能有针对性地对教学
