重庆市人民政府令第290号《重庆市行政规范性文件管理办法》已经2015年7月23日市人民政府第99次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2015年10月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2015年8月11日第一章总则第一条为加强行政规范性文件管理,推进依法行政,维护法制统一,根据《中华人民共和国地方各级人民代表大会和地方各级人民政府组织法》、国务院《规章制定程序条例》和有关法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
Order of Chongqing Municipality No. 290 Administrative Measures on Administrative Normative Documents of Chongqing Municipality was adopted at the 99th executive meeting of the Municipal People’s Government on July 23, 2015 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on October 1, 2015. Mayor Huang Qifan August 11, 2015 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen administration of administrative normative documents, promote administration according to law and safeguard the unity of the legal system, according to the “People’s Republic of China Local People’s Congresses and Local People’s Governments at all levels Law, ”the State Council,“ Rules and Regulations Procedural Regulations ”and the relevant laws and regulations, with the actual city, the development of this approach.
