采种的结球生菜在开花期和结实期需要降雨量少、温度较高的气候条件。吉林省这期间正值雨季,对种子产量影响很大。我们经几年的试验,总结出用结球采种法繁殖原种,小株采种法繁殖生产用种的配套采种制度和技术。 生菜采种栽培产量构成因素是种株数和单株产量。前者又可分解为总株数、成活率。后者可分解为单株平均有效头状花数、每头状花平均种子重。提高种子产量就得在确定适宜的总株数,提高成活率和单株产量上做文章。
