通过对6种不同的已知成分的黄铜合金进行测试,确定了使用激光诱导等离子光谱(LIBS)系统测量黄铜合金中Cu元素的最佳谱线波长以及最佳系统配置。为提高定标曲线的精度,通过线性关系式来处理测量过程中其他元素成分与Cu元素的互干扰效应,并通过指数关系式考查了Cu元素的自吸收效应。结果表明:利用多变量回归方法来补偿母体效应,最终使定标曲线的拟合优度从0.9538提高到0.9998。
By testing six different brass alloys of known composition, the optimum spectral wavelength of Cu element in the brass alloy and the optimal system configuration were determined by LIBS system. In order to improve the accuracy of the calibration curve, the mutual interference effect of other elements and Cu elements in the process of measurement was dealt with by linear relationship, and the self-absorption effect of Cu element was examined by exponential relationship. The results showed that the multivariate regression method was used to compensate the maternal effect, and finally the fitting goodness of calibration curve was improved from 0.9538 to 0.9998.
