随着信息时代的到来,企业的组织结构越来越对其管理有效性产生重要的影响。本文以管理学大师明茨伯格的理论为切入点,分析了组织设计在人力资源管理中的重要作用以及如何进行有效地组织设计,从而实现组织设计与环境的良好匹配,组织参数的良好配置,以满足企业人力资源管理有效性的需要。期望对日后相关企业组织设计优化提供一定的参考价值,从而促进企业的可持续性发展。
