目的评价年产20万吨联合制碱建设项目职业病危害控制效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测检验等方法,评价该项目职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果表明,盐尘(主要成分为氯化钠)时间加权平均浓度(TWA)为0.20~2.00 mg/m3、氨TWA为0.50~24.00 mg/m3、碳酸钠TWA为0.01~14.50mg/m3、氯化铵TWA为0.01~0.10 mg/m3,泵工、冰机工接触噪声每周40 h等效声级(LEX.W)为85.7~89.7 dB(A),部分岗位氨、碳酸钠、噪声浓度或强度超过职业接触限值。该项目总平面布局和设备布局、建筑卫生学、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品、辅助卫生用室设置及职业卫生管理等符合国家有关规定。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施、设施不完善,需加强毒物和噪声控制,定期对接触职业病危害因素的工人进行职业健康检查。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the construction of an annual output of 200,000 tons of combined alkali. Methods Occupational health field surveys, testing and testing methods were used to evaluate the effect of occupational hazards and protective measures in this project. Results The results showed that the time weighted average concentration (TWA) of salt dust (0.20% ~ 2.00 mg / m3), ammonia TWA 0.50 ~ 24.00 mg / m3 and sodium carbonate TWA 0.01 ~ 14.50mg / m3, TWA of ammonium chloride is 0.01 ~ 0.10 mg / m3, the equivalent noise level (LEX.W) of pump and ice machine contact noise is 85.7 ~ 89.7 dB (A) Ammonia, sodium carbonate, noise concentration or strength over occupational exposure limits. The general layout and layout of the project, building hygiene, emergency rescue, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, auxiliary health setting and occupational health management meet the relevant state regulations. Conclusion The occupational hazards prevention measures and facilities in this project are not perfect, and poison and noise control should be strengthened. Occupational health examination should be carried out on a regular basis for workers exposed to occupational hazards.
