乌鲁木齐“煤改气”工程是新疆重点经济社会及民生工程项目,工程的实施改善了市民居住和交通等公共环境,推进了民生改善,对推动乌鲁木齐市节能减排和新疆发展意义重大。本文针对乌鲁木齐“煤改气”工程建设运行情况、对环境贡献率、实施过程中存在的问题进行了阐述和分析,并提出了对策建议,对从事本行业研究者有一定参考作用。
Urumqi “coal to gas ” project is a key economic and social and people’s livelihood projects in Xinjiang, the implementation of the project to improve public housing and transportation and other public environment, promote the improvement of people’s livelihood, to promote the development of energy-saving emission reduction in Urumqi, Xinjiang and development of great significance. In this paper, according to Urumqi “coal to gas ” project construction and operation, environmental contribution rate, the problems in the implementation process are described and analyzed, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, engaged in the industry researchers have some reference.
