我院是山东省一所集医疗、教学、科研于～体，拥有1200张床位的三级甲等综合医院。随着国际交流和国际科技合作的开展，我院药剂科曾先后有多位药师在欧美等国医院工作、研修过。通过学习交流，使我们有机会直接了解国外医院药师工作职能及人员素质。经与国外同行进行对比研究
Our institute is a three-level general hospital with 1200 beds in Shandong province, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research. With the development of international exchanges and international scientific and technological cooperation, many pharmacists in our hospital have worked and studied in hospitals in Europe and America.
