中共重庆市委财贸部通讯小组,是由二十九个同志组成的。对外是通讯小组,对内是写作研究小组。 1958年以来,为了适应财贸工作持续跃进形势的需要,在行政和党组织的领导下,财贸部的同志运用工作、学习、写作三结合的方法,开展了一个“人人学理论,个个写文章”的运动。通过这一运动,锻炼了干部,提高了大家的写作能力,推动了工作。这个通讯小组的特点是:第一,上至部长,下至干事,人人动手,为报纸、电台、杂志写稿。第二,紧密结合本身工作,做什么,写什么。如搞多种经营的同志,就积极为报纸写这方面的通讯和社论。搞理论学习的同志,就写文章介绍学习毛主席著作的经验。通过报纸和电台,推动工作的开展。因此,大家对写稿这件事,不但不感到是
