为了进一步推动数字卫星云图在水利系统中的应用,使其在防汛抗旱工作中发挥更大的作用,水利部水调中心委托黄委会水文局筹办的水利系统数字卫星云图应用研讨会于1991年4月15～20日在郑州市举行。
In order to further promote the application of digital satellite imagery in water conservancy system and make it play a greater role in flood control and drought relief work, the Water Conservancy Department of the Ministry of Water Resources commissioned the Hydrologic System Digital Satellite Cloud Image Application Seminar April 15 to 20 held in Zhengzhou.
