本文报道了39个噻唑烷类化合物的合成及其对小鼠的辐射防护作用,采用Free-Wilson方法研究了构效关系。通过同归分析,可看出计算活性值和实验观察活性值吻合,相关系数为0.968。研究结果支持了Free-Wilson方法所设想的可加模型。通过对取代基团贡献值的分析,可预测出某些抗辐射作用较高的化合物。
In this paper, the synthesis of 39 thiazolidines and their radioprotective effects on mice were reported. The structure-activity relationship was studied by Free-Wilson method. Through the same regression analysis, we can see that the calculated activity value and experimental observation activity value coincide, the correlation coefficient of 0.968. The results support the additive model envisaged by the Free-Wilson method. By analyzing the contribution of substituent groups, some of the compounds with higher anti-radiation effects can be predicted.
