现行的滴注式气氛渗碳速度较小(见表1),我们在60千瓦井式气体渗碳炉中,进行了多次试验,调整了渗碳过程中煤油的滴入量,提高了渗碳速度,使20GrMnTi钢930℃渗碳第一小时渗碳层深由0.45毫米提高到0.65毫米,渗碳层深1毫米的零件,渗碳时间由4小时减少到2小时。经过一年多时间160余炉的生产实践表明:调整煤油消耗量的方法,不仅可以大大提高渗碳速度、缩短工时、节省电能;而且渗碳零件的质量(包括碳浓度、硬度、变形量及表面质量)都比原工艺好。现简介如下。
