1998年4月18—19日,铁道部科技司在株洲组织召开了“城市轨道交通动车组技术研讨会”,参加会议的有中国铁路机车车辆工业总公司、株洲电力机车厂、北京城建设计院、北京市地铁总公司、上海市地铁总公司、上海市市政设计院、北方交通大学、上海铁道大学等21个单位共66名专家、教授.铁道部副总工程师、科技司周翊民司长参加会议并作重要讲话.与会代表听取了铁道部科学研究院等单位的八个论证报告,并进行了热烈的讨论,铁道部科技司李中浩副司长作了会议总结.会议情况纪要如下:
From April 18 to April 19, 1998, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways organized a seminar on the technology of EMU for urban rail transit in Zhuzhou. The meeting was attended by representatives from China Railway Rolling Stock Industry Corporation, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works, Beijing Urban Construction Design Institute , 66 experts and professors from 21 units including Beijing Subway Corporation, Shanghai Subway Corporation, Shanghai Municipal Design Institute, North Jiaotong University and Shanghai Railway University attended the meeting. Mr. Zhou Yimin, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Railways and Director of Science and Technology Department And made important speeches at the meeting.The participants listened to the eight demonstration reports of the Academy of Sciences of the Ministry of Railways and conducted a heated discussion and the meeting was summarized by Deputy Director Li Zhonghao of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways.The minutes of the meeting are as follows:
