武警法学是法学领域亟待开拓、深入研究的一门新学科,是武警法治建设的重要内容之一。本文在对武警法学研究的历史发展进行简要概述的基础之上,着重从研究群体合力不足、注释法学研究仍是主流、研究方法解决问题乏力、武警法学的历史梳理欠缺、跨法比较研究鲜有、武警法的修订研究刚刚起步等六个方面对当前武警法学的研究现状进行了梳理和反思,提出应以着力构建人民武装警察法的理论研究体系、完善武警法学体系的构想为重点开展一下步的研究。
The Armed Police Law is a new discipline that needs urgent exploration and further study in the field of law. It is one of the important contents of the rule of law by armed police. Based on a brief overview of the historical development of the research on the law of the Armed Police Force, this paper focuses on the lack of synergy between the research groups, the mainstream of the annotation jurisprudence, the weakness of the research methods, the lack of history of the Armed Police Law, , Armed Police Law revision of the research has just started six aspects of the current Armed Police Law Research on the current situation of the carding and reflection, put forward should focus on building the People’s Armed Police Law Theoretical Research System, improve the Armed Police Law System to focus on the idea of a step Research.
