用自制的铑-钌双金属配合物催化剂对NBR乳液进行加氢反应,体系中加入适量的共溶剂以提高催化加氢效率。研究结果表明,NBR胶乳中聚合物浓度为 1.81×10-2g/mL、催化剂用量为NBR胶乳质量的0.25%、反应温度为145℃、氢气压力为1.4MPa,以丙酮/氯苯(体积比为1/1)为共溶剂时,NBR胶乳的氢化率随加氢时间的增加而增加,12h后氢化率达到82.1%。傅里叶红外光谱仪分析结果表明,氢化丁腈橡胶中的双键含量减少,腈基含量没有变化,因此其耐油性能未受到影响。
Hydrogenation reaction of NBR emulsion with a self-made rhodium-ruthenium bimetallic complex catalyst was carried out. An appropriate amount of co-solvent was added to the system to improve the catalytic hydrogenation efficiency. The results show that the concentration of polymer in NBR latex is 1.81 × 10-2g / mL, the amount of catalyst is 0.25% of NBR latex, the reaction temperature is 145 ℃, the pressure of hydrogen is 1.4MPa, 1/1) as cosolvent, the hydrogenation rate of NBR latex increased with the increase of hydrogenation time, and the hydrogenation rate reached 82.1% after 12h. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer showed that the content of double bond in hydrogenated nitrile rubber decreased and the content of nitrile group did not change, so its oil resistance was not affected.
