新时期,加强和改进学生党员的日常管理,强化学生党员的党性认识和服务意识,保证人才培养的政治方向,充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,成为高校学生党建工作新的时代主题。本文从增强学生党员党性意识、提高学生党员服务意识、培养学生党员责任意识和提升学生党员竞争意识四个方面提出了在新时期下高等学校学生党建工作的新思路。
In the new period, we should strengthen and improve the daily management of student party members, strengthen the Party members’ awareness of party spirit and service awareness, ensure the political orientation of personnel training, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of student party members, and become the new era theme of the party construction among students in colleges and universities. This article puts forward a new way of thinking of party building in colleges and universities under the new era from four aspects: enhancing the sense of party spirit among students, raising the consciousness of serving party members, cultivating the awareness of student party members’ responsibility and enhancing the competition awareness of student party members.
