党的十七届五中全会,是在我国即将完成“十一五”规划、进入全面建设小康社会关键时期召开的一次重要会议。全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》,是指导“十二五”时期我国经济社会发展的纲领性文件。财政部门将深入学习贯彻五中全会精神,以科学发展观为统领,按照《建议》要求,科学编制财政“十二五”规划,认真做好各项财政工作,为实现《建议》提出的各项目标提供坚实的物质基础和体制保障。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held in the critical period during our 11th five-year plan for entering into an overall well-to-do society.
