为适应黄金生产的需要,我厂在密闭鼓风炉炉料中配入一部分低铜金精矿,因而冰铜品位一般只有18~25%,加大了转炉吹炼的负担。为了寻求提高冰铜品位的途径,我们对密闭鼓风炉熔炼部分焙烧矿进行了生产试验。 生产试验用焙烧矿是用2.2米~2的沸腾炉生产的,铜精矿在800~900℃进行全氧化焙烧。铜精矿和焙烧矿的成分如下(%):铜精矿——Cu8~9、Fe35~37、S35~37、SiO_24~6、CuO0.4、As0.8~
In order to meet the needs of gold production, I plant in the closed blast furnace charge with a portion of low copper concentrate, which matte grade is generally only 18 to 25%, increasing the converter blowing burden. In order to seek ways to improve the matte grade, we conducted a production test on the roasted ore from a smelting blast furnace.
