随着造血干细胞分离、浓缩和冻存技术的日趋成熟,应用外周血干细胞治疗急性放射损伤和一些血液病受到广泛重视。我们对~(60)Coγ线全身照射后(剂量率0.39 Gy/min,照射剂量为8Gy,分二次照射)。给予自体冻存外周血干细胞移植治疗的实验犬进行了初步的病理学观察,并对死亡原因作了初步分析。 动物照射后均呈极重度放射病的临床改变。除治疗组活存一条犬(1/7)外,其余动物均于照后7~14d
With the hematopoietic stem cell isolation, enrichment and cryopreservation technology matures, the application of peripheral blood stem cells for acute radiation injury and some blood diseases have received widespread attention. After the whole body irradiation of ~ (60) Coγ line (dose rate of 0.39 Gy / min, irradiation dose of 8Gy, sub-irradiation). Experimental dogs given autologous cryosurgery for peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were subjected to preliminary pathological observation, and the causes of death were preliminarily analyzed. After irradiation, the animals showed clinical changes of extremely severe radiological disease. Except the treatment group surviving a dog (1/7), the remaining animals were in the light after 7 ~ 14d
