血糖负荷与食物交换理论饮食指导对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

目的 探讨血糖负荷与食物交换理论饮食指导对糖尿病患者血糖的影响.方法 将59例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组、食物交换组、血糖负荷组以及食物交换联合血糖负荷组,分别采用不同理论对患者进行饮食指导1月,测定患者1月及后续随访3月两个时相的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平.结果 患者接受饮食指导后,空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,两种指导方法 对降低餐后2 h血糖具有协同效应(P<0.05);各组患者的血糖水平在两个时相间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 运用食物交换和血糖负荷理论开展饮食指导均可降低糖尿病患者的血糖水平,联合运用两种理论进行饮食指导效果更佳.
