工程量清单计价是国际通行的建设工程招标投标模式,自《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》以国家标准的形式发布以来,我国建设工程承发包价格逐步由政府定价向企业自主报价转变,本文就我国建筑企业如何借助工程量清单计价模式的推行来提高自身竞争力进行认真研究和探讨。
The Bill of Quantities Billing is an internationally accepted bidding model for construction projects. Since the “Code for List of Construction Engineering Bills List” was issued in the form of national standards, the contract price for construction projects in China has gradually changed from government pricing to independent quotation for enterprises. How China’s construction companies do research and discussion through the implementation of the bill pricing model to improve their competitiveness.
