通过对2种丝束大小平纹机织的碳纤维布增强SiC(C/SiC)复合材料的力学性能实验,研究了纤维束丝束大小(1k和3k)对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:纤维束大小不同,导致纤维束弯曲程度和复合材料孔隙率不同,从而使得C/SiC复合材料力学性能产生差异。
The mechanical properties of SiC (C / SiC) composites reinforced with two kinds of tow-sized plain woven carbon fiber sheets were investigated. The effects of bundle sizes (1k and 3k) on the mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of C / SiC composites are different due to the different sizes of the fiber bundles, resulting in the different degree of fiber bundle bending and the composite porosity.
