直面现代性定义之旅的艰辛与困顿,在现代性话语论述中,通过反向思考下的利于理解与接受的沟通平台的建构,在跳出现代性定义的泥沼的同时更能够使我们洞见到源出于西方地方性知识的现代性话语与法制现代化在建立起一种紧密联系的同时也遮蔽了其背后可能存在的种种问题。在此基础上通过全球化下对单一现代性论述的反思与批判进而通过多元现代性的建构在转换对当下中国法制现代化分析的视角与话语重构的同时,能够进一步体认到一个全新的中国与一条真正属于中国的法制现代化之路,但本着一种开放的精神与反思的态度我们更要对多元现代性对当下中国法制现代化所可能造成的地方的权力形成等问题保持足够的警醒。
