党的十三届四中全会以来。党的第三代中央领导集体在改革开放的条件下,坚持党要管党,从严治党,坚持立党为公,执政为民,深刻认识并认真吸取世界上一些长期执政的共产党丧失政权的教训,在坚定不移地以经济建设为中心的同时,坚持不懈地开展反腐败斗争,取得了反腐倡廉最为丰硕的成果。
