高职艺术类院校为了谋求更好的发展之路,要积极组建科研团队,整合学校现有科研资源、学科资源和人才培养资源,提升高职艺术类院校的教学水平、校企合作的能力和服务社会的能力。本文以科研团队的含义、组织学习理论和模型构建为理论基础,形成高职艺术类院校科研团队的组织学习模式,促进高职艺术类院校科研团队更好、更科学发展目标的实现。

Based on the meaning of scientific research team, organizational learning theory and model construction, this paper forms the organizational learning model of scientific research team in higher vocational art college and promotes the realization of the goal of scientific research team better and more scientific in higher vocational art college.
