脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)是植物生长、发育所需的重要植物激素,ABA在植物应对干旱、盐、病原菌等胁迫过程中也起到重要作用。烟草是一种重要的经济作物,尤其对于边远地区更为重要。目前国内外极端气候多发,在烟叶生产中,面临着干旱的影响,NCED基因家族是ABA合成路径上的关键基因。本研究在基因组范围内鉴定了栽培烟草的18个Nt NCED基因。基于系统进化相似性及保守结构域,将18个栽培烟草Nt NCED蛋白分为4组,组Ⅰ含有9个成员,组Ⅱ含有5个成员,组Ⅲ含有3个成员,组Ⅳ含有2个成员。本研究还获得了Nt NCED基因在基因组染色体上的分布情况,分析了Nt NCED基因家族成员进化关系、基因结构及结构域。本研究的结果将为进一步研究栽培烟草中Nt NCED家族的功能提供有价值的分析基础。
Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important plant hormone required for plant growth and development. ABA also plays an important role in plant stress responses to drought, salt and pathogens. Tobacco is an important cash crop and especially important for remote areas. At present, the extreme climate at home and abroad is multiple, and in the tobacco production, it is facing the impact of drought. The NCED gene family is the key gene in ABA synthesis pathway. This study identified 18 Nt NCED genes from cultivated tobacco genome-wide. Based on the phylogenetic similarity and conserved domains, 18 cultivated tobacco Nt NCED proteins were divided into 4 groups: group I with 9 members, group II with 5 members, group III with 3 members and group IV with 2 members . In this study, we also obtained the distribution of Nt NCED gene in the genome and analyzed the evolutionary relationships, gene structures and domains of Nt NCED gene family members. The results of this study will provide valuable analytical basis for further studying the function of Nt NCED family in cultivated tobacco.
