本文指出了现行《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》中存在的一些缺点,诸如对基础工程和主体结构工程的质量要求偏低,对空心预应力板和冷拉预应力值没有提出质量检验标准,单凭砂浆和混凝土28天的标准养护试块的抗压极限强度不能作为判定构件强度的唯一标准,等等。文章最后提出建议,由质量监督部门参与基础工程、主体结构工程以及主要隐蔽工程的中间验评。
This article points out some of the shortcomings in the current “Construction Project Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards”, such as the low quality requirements for basic engineering and main structural engineering, and no quality inspection standards for hollow prestressed plates and cold drawn prestressed values. The ultimate compressive strength of standard curing specimens with mortar and concrete for 28 days cannot be used as the sole criterion for determining the strength of components, and so on. At the end of the article, a proposal was put forward that the quality supervision department should take part in the basic evaluation of the basic project, the main structural engineering and the main hidden works.
