Many investigators reported that using multiple clinical variables in stress tests to detect coronary artery disease and assess its severity increased the diagnostic accuracy. This article evaluates two types of computer programs that have been used in the author’s laboratory daily work for five years: multivariate analysis (MVA) and Bayesian system (trade name CADENZA).
